Blessed Assurance
DBLESSED ASSURANCE, GJESUS IS DMINE!
Oh, what a foretaste of glory divine!
DHEIR OF SALVATION, GPURCHASE OF DGOD,
Born of His Spirit, washed in His blood.
DTHIS IS MY STORY, GTHIS IS MY DSONG,
Praising my Savior all the day long;
DTHIS IS MY STORY, GTHIS IS MY DSONG,
Praising my Savior all the day long.
DPERFECT SUBMISSION, GPERFECT DEDLIGHT,
Visions of rapture now burst on my sight;
DANGELS DESCENDING, GBRING FROM ADBOVE
Echoes of mercy, whispers of love.
DPERFECT SUBMISSION, GALL IS AT DREST,
I in my Savior am happy and blest;
DWATCHING AND WAITING, GLOOKING ADBOVE,
Filled with His goodness, lost in His love.
